Saba is the favorite and is the number ranked player on the tour.. Naomi has made some major adjustments in her game and she is a bad match for Saba similar to Rybakina .. Osaka is brewing with confidence and she looks hungry. It should be EPIC

Okay.. Movement is key but not everything.. if so Coco would have 15 GS by now because she is the Rafa/Novak/Roger of the females.. Iga moves very well also.. Osaka and Saba are not too dissimilar in movement, IMO.

Kieran, Yes she is very strange bird but when her tennis is focused, she is amazing to watch as a player..I saw this same Naomi battle Su-Wei in Cincy a few years ago and she is back to that level.. She has that same look in her eyes we saw in Rafa dealing with Roger and Novak dealing with the two of them. We shall see

I liked her when she won the USO because she was focused and naive, but I went off her subsequently when she started to take herself too seriously…

You guys know i am the biggest Keys fan but I dont trust her patience on clay vs Saba.. Saba is too craft and Keys will try to blast her off the slow red clay which is not how to defeat Saba..IMO

When did RG become slow? it is slow in cooler conditions, not in the weather we have had with the high temps btw, where the ball moves faster through the air and the ball bounces high?

As to AP's call that Naomi can surprise Saba. Maybe you are on something here, but I watched Osaka this tournament and she doesn't look like a different player to me. Clay is not her forte too. My money is on Saba here.

Look I have been to RG 9 times when the temps are high like we have seen this week it faster, on clay when the temps are cooler of course it is slower., Roma would be the faster true clay court.
You cant compare clay to other surfaces for starters period its a complete different surface
