Bad News for those who like drinking Pimms at Wimbledon the price has been increased by 1.20 to 13.45 a pound a glass!

I am not a Pimms drinker, I know friends that have attended Wimbledon over the years, like last year and they said the prices for food and drink was 'expensive' and over the top

which is why I was so surprised the grounds and museum tours were so inexpensive. The lb is pretty lofty right now. I just ran 13.45 through an exchanger. That's equal to 17.76 USD and 25.77 AUD

I'm gonna call it! The world w/b shocked to its core when Sinner goes down to Kecmanovic somehow! Easily invisioned w/ today's happenstance!
I wouldn’t be surprised by that actually. We don’t know what happened to Sinner in Paris and now he’s even more pressure. Kec isn’t a pushover either. You may have made a very good call..

There’s a question mark over Sinner and his mysterious collapse in Paris. The best time to play him! I’m not saying he’ll lost but it isn’t beyond the realms of possibility..

Not really Jannik hit a wall physically, he played too much without resting, he should have skipped Madrid, that was on him and his team? he said when he woke up that morning he felt flat and tired at RG, when he lost, and the heat didnt help his cause, the tests he had in Milan came back normal? so he and his team are taking extra precautions, like training in heat which they did at Wimbledon
Wimbledon temps are back to normal and if they rise The Mandatory Heat Rule will apply
Todays tenp is going to be 22 and humidity is 45%

Match of the 1st round for me is Draper v Fritz, Draper has come back playing well with Andy Murray in his corner? still Fritz will have the added experience I feel in this match if it goes longer that 3 sets
Fritz for me is the stand out American at Wimbledon this year, his game suits the grass and he has been playing well
Another interesting match for me is my favorite youngster Fonseca vs the Spanish veteran RBA who at 38 yo will be his last Wimbledon

I don’t think he just “hit a wall.” I mean, unless it was headfirst, at great speed, because basically he was so in control of the match that if it was boxing, his opponent would be in hospital, total knockout.

Jannik vanished, up two sets and two breaks, 5-1 in the third. It was unusual, to say the least. It was mysterious. Even if he was cramping and exhausted, you’d expect him to win one more game in that set.

Thing is, I would have dismissed it as a one-off if Jannik hadn't choked like that before. The year before, he was leading 2 sets in the final, and in fact, had not dropped any of the 20 previous sets in the 2025 French Open. I would have expected Jannik to win one of the final 3 sets. He even got the opportunity to serve for the match in the 4th set, but yet, ended up losing.

Heck, even against Djokovic in the Australian Open, Jannik "mysteriously vanished" in the 4th and 5th sets and was very passive.

I wonder what the excuse will be the next time Jannik loses a match he should have won. Are we going to keep saying it's mysterious everytime Jannik blows a lead in a tennis match? Because if this was a player you all hated, like Zverev, I'm sure the discourse would be different.

Is there a Walmart or Target in London. If not .Roddick must’ve done his fashion attire shopping at one in his home town. No way I would get on national tv wearing nothing less than a Hugo Boss..Senor Matteo could have loan him a shirt

A player can hit a wall physcially meaning NO MORE ENERGY

I never seen a top bloke hit the wall like that, with only a smidge of effort required to step over the line. It’s mysterious, it’s not usual..

Did you watch the match? if you did you would see he could hardly stand > Meaning His Body Physically Hit a Wall he could not serve
For the life of me I am not making this up,
I am OVER having to explain what happened if people watch the match they would understand period and it isnt an excuse like Phil loves to think he isnt a fan of Jannik and cant wait to dismiss him Period
Quite frankly I am Over Talking About It

not so sure about that, but I will say this... the heatwave is coming back at the end of the week. I honestly don't see Sinner surviving it. This is going to be a magnitude hotter than it was in Paris
