Fritz comes to the LC exho and finds his game in a team event, but couldn't find his game in last week's team event that actually counted for something.
He cant do everything, at least he won against Zed :)

Has to be strictly mental. Remember, this is really like an exho. They don't award points for this and I don't think these wins or losses count in the official H2H
Well he should take away the game plan that Agassi gave him and try to put that in practice in proper competition, maybe he is more of a team player

I'm not even going to try and analyze why he goes lame sometimes. Like I said, it must be in his head or something.

Well he dosent have problems with Zed, maybe it is mental with other players, maybe a sports shrink could help

Pat Rafter has spent too much time out in the sun, he is very wrinkled, needs to put on SPF50 and wear a hat more often

Bad luck to Team Europe who were the Hot Favorites to win the Laver Cup though Team World deserved their victory, actually they won it yesterday when they won all the matches, hard for Team Europe to come back and win today
Well done Team World!

No letdown for Fritz. No comeback for Zed.

I find it :face-with-hand-over-mouth: & :anxious-face-with-sweat: how some take this glorified Exh. so seriously; players, & fans alike! It offends me the most when Carlos begins losing his mind, literally screaming "Vamos" after every pt. won! It looks like it's over! The World overwhelmed Europe! Noah suk'd as coach! :fearful-face::astonished-face::face-vomiting:

No doubt. The Euros got off to a good start on Friday, but somebody needed to win a match yesterday and no one did. You can't fall into that kind of hole and think you will come back like they did last year. It's not realistic even for this type of event.

I thought they did start awarding points for it, and counting it in wins and losses. Am I wrong?

Yes, I am wrong. They don't get ranking points for it, just a bit of cash.

How fair is it to get points when not all players have the opportunity? I can only recall 1 team event giving pts. & it was just 10 at The Nations Cup back over 40 yrs. ago! Someone was accounting for Borg's pts. & couldn't figure out where an extra 10 pts. came from! I asked was Nation's Cup acct. for? Just a guess since just about everything was being tabulated to produce rankings back then! It was pretty barbaric making Vilas #3 in the World behind Borg & Connors even though he had over 100 match wins & 2 Majors under his belt! That's when! :fearful-face::face-with-hand-over-mouth::astonished-face::angry-face:

Now it counts for the H2O.
Honestly is is a exhibition and I am totally against it being counted for the H2H, players gets guaranteed participation fees which are based on the ATP rankings. Each member of the winning team receives $250,000
The surface was slow and gritty for starters, and low bouncing, hard for players to hit through the court
I hope when the Laver Cup returns to London, in 2026, the surface becomes faster
