Dropped into Wimby during my trip to London. They are in full swing getting the grounds ready for the fortnight. Lots of scaffolding and construction ongoing. They were actually planting the pretty flowers in most of the flower beds that week.

It's funny, I lived a 5 minute walk away from there for a decade and never bothered to visit the museum. Wasn't even aware of it! I guess it's like Big Ben. It's there, you know you can go and see it any time, maybe I did when I was a kid, but it's so long ago I forget!

Keli did you take a tour of Wimbledon? I dont think they let people just walk around their 'sacred grounds'

Yes, I took a tour. It wasn't very expensive. It was like 32 pds and includes a self guided tour of the museum. The grounds tour lasts about 90 mins to 2 hours and our guide was fantastic. She takes you around the best parts of the grounds. The only area we couldn't review was that catwalk and balcony where the winning singles player displays the trophy. It was being worked on.
