The more I thought about it I didn’t see the Heat as a great fit…no shooting and no depth. The Cavs would’ve been interesting though. The 76ers definitely have more talent though but like you said it could be an awkward fit. I feel like if the Cavs had a solid role player instead of Harden, maybe LeBron goes there instead.
I could never imagine Harden and LeBron playing together

The bigger question is now what happens to Draymond. Does he take more money to stay in Golden State, which is nowhere near in contention, or does he take less money and go for a 5th ring with LeBron in Philly? I think moving away from Steph and winning a 5th ring would do wonders for Draymond's legacy.

I can't help but to feel sorry for Curry, and how the Warriors have botched things since winning the 2022 NBA Championship.

I think many Golden State fans wouldn't be mad at Draymond leaving. His dick riding LeBron is one of the most painful things to watch. Sure he turns up every now and then and reminds us of what he's capable of, but most of the time he's not worth the trouble. Steph is far too loyal to him. Yes the squad needs to be better, but it's funny if Jimmy and Moses Moody were fit, that same squad would be a problem in the play offs. They are fully capable of shocking everyone. And if they did? All discussions would be over. It would destroy any LeBron goat nonsense, and elevate Steph even more.

And a slight correction... they've been botching things since before 2022. Lacob and Myers never believed in Steph like that. They never imagined that they would win in 2022. Steph got that title despite all the sabotage. Myers will get credit for getting Lebron, that's what he does. He can get a big name in, but he's no Sam Presti. His picks in the draft have been an abomination. Jerry West gets the credit for Draymond and Klay. Say what you want about Dunleavy but his picks have been NBA level players. Can't say the same about Myers, look at the record

I think in the long run Bron is not going to make a difference in the championship chances of the Sixers. By the time playoffs come, he will be fighting multiple ailments and he will be too tired.
The only way this works is Nurse lets the young guys play, has Bron come off the bench, let him fight for the 6th man of the year award, limit his minutes to 20 or so , keep him healthy and fresh. Then maybe he can make a difference in the playoffs. With Bron's ego though...

If da Dubs can find a way to send some draft picks to Washington to get AD, trade Pod to a team like Philly or the Lakers who needs someone to shoot 3s while getting back an athletic taller wing player (a younger Klay Thompson type - no I know the basketball Gods are not going to bless them again with another perfect sniper like Klay) they will be ready because Yaxel Lindeberg is a beast. Draymond is already jealous and should be GONE by the all star break.. I like that better than getting an egomaniac Lebron who will pay for his previous dominance over the Eastern Conference. Payback is a BITCH!

I agree with everything you say apart from getting AD in. That man is always in street clothes, and is not worth the picks. I trust Jimmy more when he's back in Jan/Feb. I think Al and Porzingis as well as our young centres are good enough. What we need is more cover in the wing department. I hear we're looking at a European. I forget his name

Mike D should reach out to New Orleans to get Jordan Poole back.. MF whatever inside of Draymond head.. Poole was the perfect fit for when Step needed to take a rest or really a good 6 man coming off the bench.. He know the offense and he has made his bag so he can be brought in bc he is cheap.. Poole hasnt worked in other offensive system but worked well in the Steve Kerr's offense until he got start feeling himself. I think I finally get Draymond. He thinks he is important because Step allows him to be.. The entire Dubs fanbase is sick of him or feels that tomato has been squeeze so hard you cant make ketchup.

I would rather have Poole back at this point from a purely basketball perspective than Klay. I agree with you, he would be very productive in the Kerr system. If Draymond found himself on his way that would be an easy trade to make

No no.. I was not saying bring Klay back..only Poole but get an athletic wing that can move and play defense like the younger Klay did

Got to disagree there. Regardless of how much people hate him he clearly is still impactful. LeBron joining the 76ers doesn’t make them favorites to win it all and may not even make them favorites in the East, but it does raise their ceiling.

I think the Lakers were able to keep him fresh last year but obviously they got hit with big injuries before the playoffs and they weren’t going to beat the Thunder anyways. Philly has way more talent than LA when Embiid is on the floor and reasonably healthy so LeBron can coast even more in the regular season. Even if the expected happens and Embiid misses the playoffs or is not fit this could still be a contender in the East.

Darth who is gonna shoot the long ball..(consistently) JJ reddick or Andrew Toney?? Philly cant rely on Jalen Brown and a 42 year old guy to play defense. Embiid is gonna play about 35-45 games in the regular season if they are lucky. I heard they are gonna go get the journeyman Pope from Memphis but the Knicks will defeat them in 5 or 6 games.. they have zero answer for Brunson

the Cavs Getting in bed with James Harden aka da Beard is like an athlete getting in bed with a Kardashian woman.. career is over.. As a matter of fact the only person to survive the Kardashian curse is James Harden.. that should tell you something..
