Makes me wonder if they really meant it, or if they are trying to get his trade stock up after a mediocre or really slightly subpar year. Things will be fine if the C's have a back-pocket trade in line, such as 1st rd. picks + Derrick White, which could be a very enticing possibility for a team.
that's certainly possible

can you imagine in the next playoff match up between the 76ers and Celtics? You know who's going to be guarding Tatum right? :popcorn
Never thought I would see Boston helping The 76ers..that’s like Walmart sharing their company data secrets with Amazon

Yeah, when I first saw the trade, I thought it was a joke. I would have never thought that the Celtics would trade Jaylen Brown to their rival. It would be like if the Cowboys would have traded Micah Parsons to the Eagles last year.

Can you imagine if Boston would have offer Jalen to OKC for Ja Williams plus some picks.. OKC would have jumped on that deal.. Jalen Brown to the 76ers is the dumbest trade in the history of the NBA IMO

Heck, even the Jamal Murray and Cam Johnson for Jaylen Brown and Sam Hauser trade proposal doesn't look so bad now.
