Musetti was having hard time moving at the end of the match, something with his thigh. Cerundolo was nervous when he served to stay in the match and paid the price.
My only hope is that his thigh isnt serious, Don, he needs more wins to get back his confidence in ways, also he is defending SF points from 2025, I was surprised that The Dangerous was tight as he is usually solid on clay, quite frankly I thought before the match Cerundolo would win

Jannik that was a stunning bh angle cross court winner. Popyrin just stood and clapped, like he should :)
Dark Vader wasting no time 62 60
The win streak continues
Jannik has now won 30 consecutive matches in Masters events
He's also won 60 of the 62 sets he played in Masters events
25 consecutive wins
Won 47 of last 49 matches
Jannik Forza into round 16 Roma!
BTW,
Now that Jannik has won 30 consecutive wins in Masters events, he ties Djokovic for the 2nd longest streak ever!
Jannik next looks to equal Djokovic's all time record of 31 consecutive wins
Jannik becomes the first man in history to go 25-0 in the first 5 Masters 1000 events of the season!

Medjedovic d Navone 46 63 64
Hamad reaches his first Masters Round of 16
Since he made the Barcelona SF as a qualifier, he hasnt looked back
He's now come from being a set down in his last 2 matches
22yo Hamad with plenty of upside.

Cobolli again your first serve has let you down in this match up with Tirante, he now has a break in the 2nd set, after winning the 1st set 63
A match I thought Cobolli (10) could win :) how wrong was I
Tirante d Cobolli 63 64
BTW Tirante is 5-2 vs Top 20 so far this year

He is so confident right now, it's hard to imagine him lose to anyone. IMO anything less than him winning Rome and RG would be considered a major upset.

I hope he can win his career slam at RG, what Jannik has down since IW has just been outstanding, in saying that it is hard to keep this level up, I just hope he can for RG, he was soo close last year, until he blinked and Carlos deserved his win.

I think he can keep this up. He is Novak version 2.0 in a way. Very consistent when he finds his range and he is not even pushed now. His level can go higher if needs to.

Well after RG he is taking a good break, he wont play Halle on grass before Wimbledon like he did last year, so he will go into his defense of Wimbledon without a warm up,
I hope to hear soon how Alcaraz is going, though his camp keep their cards close to their chests, I saw Carlos the other day in Madrid watching his younger brother play in a junior event and he still is wearing his wrist cast

There is no way Carlos comes back after this injury to Wimbledon and just sweeps the competition. He has time for USO though.

He will be rusty for sure if he comes back for the grass, his team are targeting him coming back for Queens, he is the defending champion and also was a finalist at Wimbledon in 2025, lets see if he does return for the grass,

I would suggest some of these players need to personally attend and scout out Jannik matches ..it’s amazing the tells that you can view watching your opponents playing live on court if possible..jannik is a legendary player but the rest of the tour needs to approach it like Arnold aka Dutch in Predator “..if it bleeds we can kill it.”

You would think the coaches of players would scout that is a part of their job tactical wise and put together a plan, then it is up to the players to be able to put that plan in action, that is the hardest part.
I have seen Jannik and Cahill together at other players matches
Cahill has to be one of the best tactical coach on the tour, one just has to look at his record
