Many think Osta is just a dirty girl due to her RG win. Actually, Osta is former Girl's Wimbledon Champ too. Moreover, she has power and is a ball basher. However, Kerbie is more experienced at this stage and has dealt with tougher opponents to get to the final. So, I think Kerbie will win. But, I will give Osta a set.

You mean "dirt-baller?" She is a big hitter, though and swings for the fences. Plus young and fearless. I like Kerber, though I think she can be a bit tentative. Interesting match-up. I'd give it to Kerber on experience, too. But Ostapenko is not afraid of the upset. I'm not even going to vote.

Ostapenko almost mounted a come-back there, breaking with Kerber serving for it after a MP, but Osta is fun to watch. She occasionally followed a game plan that was more complex than "hit hard then harder."

She was a little overwhelmed w/ the occasion after she realized she couldn't hit through Angie. She waited too long to start plan B. Good learning experience for her. She was able to do it last year against Halep, but Angie is not Simona.
