I probably shouldn't have been surprised by this result! It was a "perfect storm" developed w/ Carlos coming off surgery w/ no warm-up event played! I just didn't think Ben had it in him; pre-supposing he was his Father's Son! He held it together, kept the pressure on, & served "Light's out!" Back in the day, it was called a "big upset!" IMO it's comparable to Krajicek defeating Sampras at Wimbledon in 1996, breaking up a possible 8 in a row for Pete!
