Hard to bet against Zverev. He’s easing into the role of dominance, especially when he hasn’t got The Two to batter him. I’d say he takes this one in straights…

We're facing the real possibility of a year in which Sascha Zverev wins two Slams without having to beat Sincaraz, finishes YE#1, while going 0-5 vs Sinner, 0-1 vs Alcaraz.
I really hope the YE1 comes down to the Tour Finals and Zverev has to win his way to the crown.

And just to clarify: If Zverev's reaches the final (as it looks like he will), he'll be tied with Sinner for #1 in the Race Rankings. If he wins the title, he'll be up by +700 points with no certainty as to when Jannik will be back.
And true to form, Zed sends Bashy packing in straights. It never crosses KK mind to come to net and end some of these points. He is absolutely allergic to the net unless he's shaking hands. That's a tough way to earn a living. Point after point back there hitting 10+ shots for every rally.
