This is where liberals play chess with themselves and end up so trapped they throw all the pieces in the air and cry foul. It’s so confusing to unpack but I’ve come to the conclusion that when the left say they believe something, two things are happening. They’re lying that they believe it.

I honestly don’t know how we can win against this shit. The truth is irrelevant, science is irrelevant, the whole history of man and woman is irrelevant. Bogus, innovative ideologies are protected by ideologically driven laws, and even to laugh in court inadvertently or because of the outrageous absurdities we’re supposed to believe gets you punished with hefty fines. My mother died ten years and if she woke up tomoro to see what the world is doing to women, she’d want to sleep again. It’s infuriating!

I think we're slowly winning. Just look at the current controversy in the WNBA. Some idiots there are trying to say that trans can play in the league, but more and more people are calling it out. It's toxic empathy and it's getting exhausting

I would not quite call it "winning". Money is deciding it. I was quite sure that once this controversy would reach professional sports that actually pay good money for their top athletes, things would get exposed. Just look at how the WTA athletes are positioning themselves, even the most (self described as) progressive ones. They simply get too much money and they will protect it no matter what, so there is zero chance of a trans player getting close to WTA top tournaments.

The moment some trans basketball player starts dominating the WNBA, and gets a nice contract, the conversation (there) will end as well.
