When do you think the NBA had its best offense? For me it was the 2016-2019 Dubs.. the motion offense with KD, the light skinned Splash bros (Step and Klay), Draymond, Eagle Dollar and Shawn Livingston was the best I have ever seen.
That was one era. I still think the Jordan Bulls and the Lake Show in the 2000s put up plenty of pts regularly

The Dubs with KD were obviously incredible to watch even though it was a cheat code. Got to throw in the 80’s. Was too young to see even the end of it but have watched plenty of those games. I feel like that had the best mix of everything and obviously had way more physicality. I may be partial to the 90’s but it felt like you needed to earn everything. Very little run and gun, practically no isolation, aside from Barkley backing his big ass down for 15 seconds of the shot clock and MJ…well why wouldn’t you just give him the ball and let him cook??

He cost himself an opportunity to be with the Shaq, Lebron and Kobe category. getting back to the subject . Did the ball move.... It was pure poetry. It was the WEST COAST offense for basketball. That team would have destroyed Brunson and the Knicks.. Draymond, Eagle Dollar and Klay would have shut Benson down and KD would have made KAT his prison bitch.
OKC lost their enforcer. very similar to when Memphis and Houston gave up Dillon Brooks.. You need someone to do the dirty work.. I felt like Twolves did the same thing with Naz Reid Who did the DIRTY work but is a legitimate scorer.. The Spurs just got better IMO..OKC trade Lu Dort to the Hawks. The Hawks are going to be a defensive nightmare this season! And OKC are filling their boots with picks! Rich keep getting richer
Not really an enforcer but a very good defender.. Jaden is not really a player that does the dirty work. I believe it was Naz Reid..
I saw Naz Reid as a stretch 5. Not sure I saw him as a dirty work guy. I think there was a culture in that team, all of them defended pretty decently. I'm not sure they had a Lu Dort/ Dillon Brooks type guy. They just had a culture of lengthy willing defenders. But of all of them Rudy and McDaniels are the ones I would have described as their defensive culture setters
Naz guarded the 5s and stretched 4s too.. Doing the dirty work doesnt mean that you are dirty player like Draymond and Brooks, but take the tough assignments like Rodman or even to a lesser extent Josh Hart. Do the little stuff that the stars wont do night in and out.. Naz is the ultimate Swiss army knife that can score with the elite of the league when necessary... I like his game better than Bam who is excellent.

I see McDaniels doing that type of work, defence and offence more consistently than Naz. Don't get me wrong, I was shocked when they sent him to Charlotte. I just don't see him at the tweener guy who was filling in the spaces.
