OKC reminds me of a young person in college.. way too many good partners to slept with :face-with-tears-of-joy:
OKC seems like they won’t make a big trade to improve this season but they will keep their powder dry with more draft capital in the future.

I’m still a bit surprised they didn’t try to trade for Giannis after Chastity Holmgren folded in the playoffs. You can say Giannis doesn’t fit their timeline but that’s BS. Even if Giannis is a spent force in 4-5 years you still have the rest of the team that is mostly young.

I have to agree. Duren to the Lakers makes a lot more sense. Maybe Reeves and Hachimura and some picks?
I dont know if Reeves and Hachimura will work in Bickerstaff defense. That's a top 5 defense.. I think Kyrie is the " King Maker".. Twolves were idiots for not going after him..

I dont believe Brad Stevens and the Celtics are dumb as the Bulls.. that deal doesnt benefit the Celtics
The Bulls are actually doing well this offseason. It should say dumb as the T'Wolves. They had to trade away Julius Randle for a bag of chips, and I can't believe what they gave up for Lonzo Ball. The Hornets roster looks better, while the T'Wolves roster looks worse, after the trade.

No No not Lonzo but Lamelo.. Dont get me wrong. He is a very talented player but I dont think you can win a championship with an undisciplined player on a undisciplined team with a softy ass a coach.. he should sat Randle in the playoffs vs the Spurs

Agreed, but not because of Melo. It's because they've lost a lot of size. No way they can handle AG and Jokic with this core. But.. I think we all need to give Melo Ball a chance to show if he can be a serious player. We really don't know that yet. How many thought Andrew Wiggins going to Golden State was going to be a game changer. Let's see if Lamelo can play in a system where he has a defined role, and he knows his former No 1 draft pick partner runs the team? He might surprise us
So you are saying I should keep my B3s , the original Big Baller Lonzo Ball’s signature shoes? I was gonna donate them to the goodwill store!

jalen’s ego is his biggest problem. He is an extremely smart guy on and off the court. They can fix whatever issue he has because as you guys have stated moving him would expose Tatum who doesn’t like to sacrifice himself on defense

Brown’s off-ball defense is poor overall imo, he’s only a positive when he is locked in on-ball during the playoffs (2024 finals best example against Kyrie and Luka). Also the blatant pushoffs which he used all season were called more often in the Philly series and cost them… Got outplayed at times by Paul George

lol! I'm saying we don't know who Melo Ball is outside of Charlotte. What happens when he's surrounded by team mates who are all about winning? When he's been hearing for years he's not serious about basketball, what's he going to do? Do you think the kid who went abroad to play mens basketball is going to focus on being an instagram influencer or do you think he and his family want to create a major fuck you to the pundits who've doubted his basketball character. It could go either way, but I think that kid wants to show the world who he really is. When he was in Charlotte and winning was not on the agenda he did the one thing that was going to keep him relevant to a large section of the fanbase. Let's not assume that's what he's going to do now. I think he'll be happy to prove a lot of folks wrong. I suspect he and AntMan will get along mightily. I think they'll think they're the best backcourt in the league and will want to spite fuck the Western Conference. Whether they do or not, we shall see, but I think that's what's going to happen

I fully understand why he was pissed off about that. One rule for SGA and another rule for him? Nah... I think they need to ban that push off. That's an offensive foul in my book. How many advantages do you need to give to the offensive player. If you really have a bag you shouldn't need it

To me, the difference between the Celtics and the Timberwolves is that the Celtics have been consistently a Top 3 seed in their conference. The Timberwolves, for all their deep playoff runs, have been the 5 or 6 seed the last 3 years. The Celtics can afford to load off Brown and still be a playoff team (they probably won't be a Championship team unless they get something substantial in return, but I can't see them dropping out of the Top 6 in the East). The Timberwolves don't have that margin of error. If they are even slightly worse than the last 3 years, they could drop out of the Top 6 in the West, where they would be in the play-in, and an off night or two could leave them out of the playoffs altogether.
