I actually wouldn't be mad if Zverev wins RG. Get over the hump finally so we don't have to hear about "best player never" again
Even though I cant stand him or his game, I have always thought Clay is his best surface and he is playing well so far at RG
He knows now Sinner gone he wont have to appear before his punching bag in Sinner

I am in Hell want to join me ...............................
No! :lulz1:

I’m happy Sinner lost. I like him but if he won it with Carlos absent, it’s too dreary and predictable. we need competition in the men’s. Hopefully a really young player steps up, if Zverev doesn’t..

You and I are now not best friends he was going for a career slam,
Too dreary my foot, others can wait he was head and shoulders above the rest of the field until.................................................
I am still in shock
I can now get behind Fonseca big time, I hope he takes the old man out that will make my RG

Ben Shelton winning the French Open would be best for the sport. Men's tennis has been waiting for an American grand slam champion for a long time. If Shelton wins, men's tennis would have a new American star, which would rejuvenate the sport, especially in the United States.

Djoker got a whole career slam and Rafa finally couldn’t compete and the field was young. I like when players beat the best to be the best. I don’t like it when players get great achievements with their main (and in Sinners case, only) rival is absent through injury. Sinner can try again next year when Carlos is in it..

Ben Shelton wont be winning RG
Ben doesent have a return game to start with, his rally ball tolerance is low I have been saying this for 2 years now and others eg Keli
Ben needs a new coach Rinse and Repeat
He lost in both his opening matches in Madrid and Roma.

Just to remind you Sinner beat Carlos at MC this year and he also just won the Golden Career Masters the youngest at age 24
It is not Janniks fault that Carlos got injured, sad as I am also a Carlos fan
If the tables were reversed and Sinner was injured would you still feel the same?

RG up for grabs. I can see a surprise winner here, not Novak or Zverev. Maybe a 3rd guy like Ruud. Or some youngster.

Learner Tien out of all the Americans has the game for clay, he understands and uses all the perimeters of the court, like a true clay court player, great defense which is needed on the clay and a solid return game, he needs improvement with his feet, though he has a great coach and former GS RG winner in Chang to guide him

I think Carlos is better than Jannik so I’m not surprised when he beats him, but generally the men’s game now is too predictable. I know Rafa and Roger shared airtime before Novak came along but the narrative was different, given the age gap, and that Rafa was chasing Roger, who was default.

Now I want Novak taken out but actually he’s become a thousand times more dangerous. His eyebrows raised when Carlos withdrew but right now he’s crawling the walls, plotting excessively to get this title. And yes, he’ll cheat, lie and beat his granny to death, if he has to..

I think you and I, we are now back to being friends btw :) having a recent conversation that we both wanted some player to challenge both Carlos and Sinner, I would also like to see more of a even playing field in saying that we now have a situation where both Carlos and Alcaraz are out and there will be a new mens champion. My question is, is will it make a difference when Carlos and Sinner are back? their points lead is way above the 3rd ranked player, and lets say if Zverev wins RG this year, can he compete against the top 2 players? when they return?
I understand I am asking a lot of questions and some of them are purely hypothetical, which I am not a fan of usually :)

If Djokovic is getting to 25 then it's all lined up. He won't have to go through both Alcaraz and Sinner...in fact neither.

Just Fonseca.
the tennis GODs has got to keep temp High ,, Cant let the demonic Novak get #25 .. Damn it Rafa you could have played
