Is it stratified based on NTRP ratings or all in one pool?

It is NTRP rated. I would say players are levels 4.0 to 5.5 level and in my age range it is usually the 2nd or 3rd biggest group in the tournament behind the 18-39 year olds and sometimes 14-17 year olds.
