Alright. Here it is. The rematch of last year's final everyone was pointing to. They've split the last 2 meetings this year. Serena winning a clay final in Rome and Vika taking the Cinci final 3 weeks ago. Vika is the only person to defeat Serena twice this year.

Serena, she is dialed in she has only dropped serve twice this tournament. Vika will have to serve unbelievably well the way Serena is attacking serves. Serena's serve has definitely been there when she really has needed it. I think she really wants to end the year with 17, so she can go to work next year on passing 18!

Vika is struggling on serve and that puffy serve will not cut it in the final...

I don't see Azarenka winning, personally, if she puts on anything like the performance she did today. Somebody on twitter said this about Vika's play today: "She's playing the way a grounded teenager cleans a bedroom." Funny comment, but, seriously, it's not going to get the job done v. Serena, who is clearly on a mission.

At last year's final, Vika was came in playing much better than how she is playing this year. While she is gutting out matches, she is the one placing herself in precarious positions. Her serving has been dreadful, the # of double faults epic and the drop shots sometimes awful. She cannot play like this against Serena and expect to win. Serena's return game will place Vika's serve in trouble.

Serena, she will have to attack the hell out of that serve of Azarenka's. I don't doubt she will either. Serena is so close to a $3.6 million dollar paycheck. She collects that paycheck, and she could potentially be the first player to reach $10 million in prize money by the end of the year. Does Serena claim year end number 1 if she defends here?

We are not trying to catch anyone, we do want to see participation though.
