I’m jumping on the bandwagon: Mensik will rise to the occasion, Zverev will be stunned, and he’ll look stunned, and it’ll be stunning.

Straight sets!

If we get the Mensik that played on Tuesday, he has a very good chance of winning. If we get the Mensik that played on Sunday, especially in sets 3 and 4, Zverev will probably win.

I just looked up their H2H
Zverev recently defeat Mensik in Madrid in 3 sets, their only meeting
Though as we know Madrid is high altitude and not pure clay
RG depending on the weather, cooler it is slow, warmer faster with a high bounce

Zverev in three or four. Mensik played pretty well Tuesday, and every little thing ended up going his way, but I am guessing that's a bit out of the curve.

Also, I want to see that little boy dressed like him crying his heart out.

I just hope Mensik dosent have a ' let down' though he has had a couple of days to recover physically he did pull at his leg at the start of his 3rd set against Fonseca and was broken and recovered
I have been impressed with his movement especially, on clay that is most important, he served lights out against Fonseca, he will need to do that again against Zverev all match....if he has a chance to upset him
Seeing the QF was indoors due to rain and Mensik did serve lights out I just read the weather forecast and there will be no rain? so that could neturalize Mensiks serve a little being played outside, hopefully no wind

Agassi in the house. He made some interesting comments about Zverev in a podcast I watched this morning. Most people acknowledge Sascha's forehand is his weaker wing but Agassi warned about going after it all the time, because Sascha develops rhythm and it becomes a weapon. He said you have to mix it up to expose it.

Memsik wins the 3rd set 63
Mensik is battling back,
20 yo is looking a lot better, maybe the medical attention he received for the left part of his neck helped?

Zverev broke early in the 4th set and will probably win this match in 4 sets
If he cant win this title with this soft draw he probably never get the chance again quite frankly, hasnt faced a top ten player
