Too bad for Felix. Got to show up when it matters. This was a missed opportunity. .
Shit happens Murat, he will still have a good ranking for the grass with Alcaraz being out.
Today the conditions are very challenging, the player that adjusted the best won, we saw it in the womens match where Sabalenka didnt adjust and was defeated in 3 sets

Berrettini started well but Arnaldi came back and won the 1st set 75, Berrettini to me looks tired and it is only the 1st set completed :) and Berrettini's fhand is off at the moment, he needs to find it ASAP
Interesting fact it is the first time these 2 players have met in a match

Great Berrettini has the trainer out looks like something is wrong with his hip?
I was worried that Arnaldi after playing that long 5 set match would be tired, he looks fresh as a daisy to me :)
Play continues early in the 2nd set

Ranking of Zverev's opponents so far: 95, 43, 90, 106, 29.

Mensik's 27, Cobolli's 14, and Arnaldi's 106 (though ranked as high as 30).

Mensik and Cobolli have ranked as high as 12, so Zverev won't have to face anyone who has ever been in the top 10.

If Zverev can't win this Slam, he's never winning a Slam.
Lets not count our chickens, I hate Zverev, today Sabalenka should have won her match and went AWOL
Therer is hope
I will believe it when and if it happens that Zverev wins, he has had a soft draw and it could come back to bite him.

Are you kidding me.. try getting hit in the head by a 90 mph fastball, getting elbowed In the eye by a 6’6 basketball player or get blindsided by a defender in hockey or football the latter you get knocked out and they awaken you with smelling salts..that’s brutal..Senor Matteo has to toughen up like the big three plus Stan and Andy..if it ain’t torn, you have to just solider through it, are my thoughts..I’m not focusing it at you but at Senor Matteo

Well done to Arnaldi I have been impressed with him at RG, after giving up with him a long time ago :)

Hopefully lets see, as long as he can remain injury free,

I am getting behind Cobolli he has the game and hopefully he can keep his head clear, he did some great shots today in his match against FAA and was the better player and deserved to win, I was confident he could beat FAA
My Canadian tennis friend agreed with me and hopes he can go all the way

I think Mensik has the best chance of beating him, but he's going to have to "out-Zverev" Zverev. In a way, Mensik is a bit of a younger, less headcase-y Zverev. Sascha has the experience, but that might even out with Mensik's youthful surge.
