Would like to see Medvedev get back to world number 3. That'd mean his high level play is consistent. With 1st round losses in the next 3 slams this year, he has tons of potential points to gain 'cos his results last year were atrocious.

Well it had to happen! W/ Sinner defeating Alcaraz in Monte Carlo! He finally took back the #1 Ranking! Jannik (13400) Carlos (13240)! :fearful-face::yawningface:
I will do the full atp top ten a bit later today
BTW Alcaraz can take back the No 1 spot if he wins Barcelona

At present there is no news, the Alcaraz camp keep their cards close to their chests, there have been rumors that he might not play Wimbledon? they are just rumors I dont take notice until there is confirmation, I did see Alcaraz in a video at Madrid just recently watching his younger brother playing in a junior tournament, still wearing his wrist splint.

Thanks Margaret! This is a huge problem for tennis, we need rivalries. Players aren’t proven great until they’re beating great players. Not saying Sinner isn’t great, because he’s proven himself but it’s kind of like Wodger and the weaker opposition he’s gotten a fistful of slams against, and Novak when he was the lone bull swotting baby calves in a lonely field.

Also it’s better for fans..
